Location is stunning, breakfast is fantastic, pool is amazing. The grounds are really well tended and the massages are great. They also offer a whole range of activities for free, from meditation to bread making. Overall it's a fantastic hotel - luxurious but understated. Staff are really helpful (though seem to be run off their feet) and the poolside service (with a great menu of food and drinks) is a great extra to have. Our room had its own private courtyard with outdoor fire where we spent a lot of time in the evening. The hotel is a fair walk from the town but we didn't mind - there's plenty to keep you busy in the hotel itself.

It's a spectacular place and location, an oasis of beauty and amazing food. I wish we had had more time there. The pool and grounds are wonderful and the vibe is calm and cool.

This is a beautiful peaceful resort with lovely landscaping and amenities. The staff were super helpful and genteel and the spa services are worth the money. The pool was super relaxing with plentiful comfortable seats. The twice daily yoga classes and once daily meditation classes added to the experience.

Wow, simply wow. From the stunning location to the really good food and extra effort made by the staff, you can't fault this place. Big, comfy room stunningly decorated, attention to detail, peaceful and relaxed, beautiful garden, great pool area and the service, oh the service. I called reception cause I had broken a nail (big problem 😜) and they had me delivered Super Glue in my room in 20 min. In Tepoztlan! If there would be such thing as a 7 star rate they deserve it and some!

The facilities are amazing. The hotel is super comfortable and perfect if you want to get some rest and get away from stress. The food is really good too.

Breakfast was excellent. We sat outside in the garden with beautiful surroundings. We liked the breakfast options even more than the dining options. The fact that you can get a cup of coffee in the main building from early morning is great too, same as having coffee brought to your room.

Everything. The view, the food, the premises, decor. I cannot say enough positive things about this place. I have stayed in a lot of beautiful places, but this one was by far the best. Staff so kind and encouraging of my embarrassing attempts to speak spanish, gave me a number to text with any need for food, bookings, questions. Service was so quick and attentive. I would seriously stay here forever if I could.

Beautiful, secure property. We enjoyed the pool and the spa. We had the Four Hands Massage and Couple's Temazcal. I liked the options available at breakfast. I recommend staying 3 nights rather than just 2.
